Germania Technologic is a manufacturer of new agricultural, forestry and recycling machines. The company also provides service of such machines. We specialize in rotor shafts (cutting units), which are the heart of every machine of this kind.
Over 40 years of experience in the industry (including 25 on the German market) has allowed us to acquire comprehensive knowledge of the technology used by all leading manufacturers, analyse the most common shortcomings, and apply this knowledge to develop a proprietary manufacturing technology that minimizes the costs associated with the operation and servicing of the machine.

It has allowed us to acquire comprehensive knowledge of the technology used by all leading manufacturers, analyse the most common shortcomings, and apply this knowledge to develop a proprietary manufacturing technology that minimizes the costs associated with the operation and servicing of the machine.
We use the best possible materials, such as super-hard HDS material characterized by extraordinary durability. 4 mm thick HDS is more durable than 4 cm thick ST355 steel sheet. We also use FAG bearings and cutting tools from a German company, represented in Poland by FHU Królas company (phone: 504 184 332). These tools are always in stock.
We also provide various services, such as:
- – rotor and impeller balancing,
- – straightening of bearing pins,
- – milling,
- – blade holder regeneration.
We also weld all kinds of materials – cast iron, hard steel, HRC, etc.

Regardless of the efficiency and durability of a flail mower, the blades are subject to wear at high rotor speeds, e.g. when a blade hits stones hidden in the grass. In such case, flail blades mounted on mowers are usually replaced. Apart from the largest selection of flail blades in Poland, we offer an alternative solution – flail blade regeneration:
– your blades will be more efficient and durable than before their first use;
– you will save up to 40% compared to the price of replacing the blades with new ones!
